Giving back to our community
Northwest AHEC staff had the honor of volunteering with Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist at the Salvation Army of Winston-Salem’s Angel Tree Gift Distribution Center in December. It was a heartwarming experience to see the smiles of families and know we could help make their holidays a little brighter. In December our department joyfully adopted three children, ensuring their wishes and needs are met with thoughtful gifts. We’re grateful for the opportunity to give back to the community we serve.
